Que. Write advantages and Disadvantages of Gantt Chart.

Advantage:--The main advantage is that plan, schedule and progress of project can all be represented graphically together. They are simple to understand bar chart and easy to change.
Disadvantages:--The Disadvantage is that they do not show interdependency of the activities and therefore do not represent network of activities . they do not show precedence relationships among the tasks.
